Do You Have a Sweet Tooth? If So Cook This!

Many individuals have a very sweet tooth so I've chose to share the next recipe for anybody with a sweet tooth which might need a small kick. I think you'll enjoy this dessert.

The following ingredients ought to be enough for just two serving. You'll need cocoa powder, butter, caster sugar, 1 egg, self raising flour, baking powder, tin of black cherries, 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, double cream, chocolates, brandy, rum, amaretto or Baileys based upon your liking.

It will roughly take you One hour to cook this and you will need to preheat the oven at gas mark 4 or 180 degrees centigrade. Additionally, you will need to butter a ovenproof dish that is around 9-10 inches.

Firstly you will have to mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa powered with some tablespoons of boiling water and stir until its smooth and non lumpy.

In another bowl add your egg, 100g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 100g of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa mixture and teaspoons baking powder and mix until fluffy. Once it's nice fluffy and increase the baking dish after which sprinkle the cherries on the top and chop the hazelnuts as well as pop them on the top. This should then enter in the oven for around 30 minutes.

Whilst your cakes within the oven I recommend doing the sauce. Place 25g of butter in another bowl and add 142ml of double cream then provide the boil within the hob and add 75g of chocolate (dark) and provide it all a stir until it's consistent. Once it is a nice sauce add your chosen alcohol based drink and combine.

Take your cake out and pop the sauce on the top.
